The All Star bunch of Manuel Margot, Carlos Asuaje, Austin Hedges, and Hunter Renfroe combined for 10 hits, double, two triples, three home runs, eight runs, and six RBI. That is incredibly impressive for any player, even more so when considering that Hedges has played in just more than half the games this season. People will make the argument that El Paso is a great hitters park, but as we have seen this season with Ryan Schimpf and Alex Dickerson, when you hit the ball hard good things will happen no matter the ballpark.
El Paso can wrap up the PCL title Thursday night in Oaklahoma City. They will send Bryan Rodriguez against rehabbing Dodgers starter Brett Anderson.
